The Bundles page is where you create, edit, and manage all your product bundles. Access it by clicking Bundles in the left navigation.

Bundles list

The bundles list shows all your bundles with key information:
  • Bundle name and type
  • Number of products in the bundle
  • Active or inactive status
  • Quick actions (edit, view, duplicate, delete)

Bundle status

Each bundle has a status indicator:
  • Active: Bundle is live on your storefront. Widgets appear on product pages.
  • Inactive: Bundle is saved but not visible to customers. Useful for seasonal bundles or testing.
Toggle status by clicking the status indicator or editing the bundle.

  2. Click More actions (three dots)
  3. Select Delete
  4. Confirm deletion
Deleted bundles are permanently removed. Historical order data is preserved.

Organizing bundles

Naming conventions

Use clear, descriptive names that make bundles easy to identify:
  • Good: “Summer Skin Care Bundle”, “Workout Starter Kit”, “Coffee Sampler 6-Pack”
  • Avoid: “Bundle 1”, “Test”, “New Bundle”

Managing many bundles

If you have many bundles:
  1. Use consistent naming: Group similar bundles with prefixes like “Holiday - ”, “BOGO - ”, “Mix - ”
  2. Deactivate seasonal bundles when not in season rather than deleting
  3. Track performance: Use analytics to identify which bundles to keep, optimize, or remove
  4. Regular audits: Review bundles monthly and deactivate underperformers

Bundle product management

Adding products to a bundle

Use the product selector when creating or editing bundles:
  1. Click Add products or Select products
  2. Search by product name or browse your catalog
  3. Click products to add them
  4. Selected products show a checkmark
  5. Click away or Done to close the selector

Removing products from a bundle

  1. Open the bundle
  2. Click the X or remove icon next to the product
  3. Save your changes

Product availability

  • Products must have available inventory to appear in bundles
  • If a product goes out of stock, the bundle widget may not appear or will show unavailable
  • Products can be in multiple bundles simultaneously

Bundle preview

Before saving, use the preview to see how your bundle will appear on product pages:
  • Widget layout and colors
  • Product images and prices
  • Discount calculation
  • Button styling
The preview updates in real-time as you make changes.

Bulk actions

Select multiple bundles to:
  • Activate/deactivate in batch
  • Delete multiple bundles
  • Export bundle data (if available in your plan)
Use checkboxes next to bundle names to select bundles, then choose an action from the toolbar.

Best practices for bundle management

Don’t overwhelm customers or yourself. Start with a few well-thought-out bundles and expand based on performance.
Check analytics monthly and deactivate low-performing bundles. Replace them with new bundles to test.
Create seasonal bundles for holidays and events. Deactivate when the season ends but keep them for next year.
Try different bundle types, discount levels, and product combinations. Use analytics to see what works best for your store.
Update bundle products and descriptions periodically to maintain customer interest. Even small changes can improve performance.

Troubleshooting

Bundle not showing on product pages:
  • Verify bundle is active
  • Check that product page app block is added in theme editor
  • Ensure products in bundle have available inventory
  • See troubleshooting guide
Changes not appearing:
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Check in an incognito/private browser window
  • Allow a few minutes for changes to propagate
Use the Analytics page to track which bundles perform best. Focus your efforts on optimizing and expanding your top performers.
