# Judge.me integration

> Display product reviews on your bundle pages with Judge.me

Product Bundles integrates with Judge.me to display product reviews on your bundle pages, helping customers make confident purchase decisions by showing social proof and ratings for bundled products.

## What is the Judge.me integration?

The Judge.me integration allows you to display review widgets and star ratings from Judge.me (a popular Shopify review app) on your bundle product pages. When customers view bundles, they can see reviews for the individual products in the bundle.

## Prerequisites

Before enabling the Judge.me integration:

1. Install the [Judge.me Product Reviews](https://apps.shopify.com/judgeme) app from the Shopify App Store
2. Set up Judge.me and collect some product reviews
3. Note your Judge.me shop domain (usually your Shopify domain)

## Enabling Judge.me integration

## How reviews appear on bundle pages

Once enabled, Judge.me reviews display on product pages that contain bundles:

### Review widget

* Star ratings and review count
* Individual customer reviews
* Review photos and videos
* Verified purchase badges
* Review filtering and sorting

### Star rating badge

* Compact star rating display
* Total number of reviews
* Links to full review section

### Where reviews appear

Reviews display:

* On product pages below the bundle widget
* Next to individual products in the bundle
* In quick view modals (if your theme supports it)

## Configuration options

### Basic settings

* **Enable/disable**: Turn the integration on or off
* **Shop domain**: Your Shopify store domain
* **API token**: Optional for advanced features

### Widget customization

Judge.me widget appearance is controlled by Judge.me settings:

1. Go to your Judge.me app
2. Navigate to **Settings** → **Widget**
3. Customize colors, layout, and display options
4. Changes apply to all Judge.me widgets, including those on bundle pages

## Troubleshooting

**Reviews not appearing**:

* Verify Judge.me integration is enabled in Product Bundles settings
* Check that Judge.me app is installed and active
* Ensure products have published reviews in Judge.me
* Clear browser cache and check in incognito mode

**Wrong shop domain**:

* Go to Settings → Judge.me
* Update the shop domain to match your actual Shopify domain
* Save settings

**API token not working**:

* Verify the token is copied correctly from Judge.me
* Check that the token hasn't expired
* Regenerate token in Judge.me if needed

**Widget looks broken**:

* Check Judge.me widget settings for styling conflicts
* Verify no custom CSS is interfering
* Test with Judge.me support if issue persists

## Advanced usage

### API token benefits

Adding your Judge.me API token enables:

* Programmatic access to review data
* Advanced filtering and sorting
* Custom review displays
* Integration with analytics

To find your API token:

1. Log into Judge.me
2. Go to **Settings** → **Integrations** → **API Token**
3. Copy the token
4. Paste into Product Bundles settings

### Review request automation

Combine Judge.me with bundle purchases:

1. In Judge.me, enable automated review request emails
2. Configure timing (e.g., send 7 days after delivery)
3. Customers receive review requests for products purchased in bundles
4. New reviews automatically appear on bundle pages

## Disabling the integration

To disable Judge.me integration:

Review widgets will no longer appear on bundle pages. You can re-enable at any time.
