## Getting started

    After installing the app, you can either use the onboarding wizard or create a bundle manually:

    1. Click **Create a bundle** from the home page
    2. Select a bundle type
    3. Choose products and set a discount
    4. Save and activate

  <Accordion title="Do I need to add code to my theme?" icon="code">
    No manual coding required. Simply add the app blocks in the theme editor:

    1. Go to **Online Store** → **Themes** → **Customize**
    2. Add the **Product Bundles Widget** block to product pages
    3. Optionally add the **Cart Banner** block to cart page
    4. Save

    The app handles all the technical implementation.

    Most merchants complete setup in 10-15 minutes:

    * Install: 2 minutes
    * Add app blocks: 3 minutes
    * Create first bundle: 5 minutes

    Bundle discounts can work alongside other promotions, but typically only the best discount applies to a customer. Shopify's discount system automatically applies whichever discount gives the customer the lowest price.

## Bundles and discounts

    Bundle discounts apply automatically via Shopify Functions when customers add all required products to their cart. No discount codes needed. The discount appears as a line item in the cart and carries through to checkout.

    You can offer:

    * **Percentage discounts**: e.g., 20% off
    * **Fixed amount discounts**: e.g., \$15 off
    * **Free items**: BOGO 100% off

    Discount type availability depends on bundle type selected.

  <Accordion title="Can a product be in multiple bundles?" icon="layer-group">
    Yes! Products can be included in as many bundles as you want. If a customer purchases products that qualify for multiple bundles, Shopify applies the best available discount.

  <Accordion title="Do discounts stack?" icon="layer-plus">
    No, discounts don't stack. Shopify's discount system applies only one discount per order (the one that gives the customer the best value). This prevents double-discounting.

    Bundle discounts apply based on products added, not order total. However, you can create bundles with higher-priced products to effectively enforce a minimum.

## Storefront and customization

    Yes! Customize colors, labels, button text, and add custom CSS:

    * Go to **Settings** for global styling
    * Edit individual bundles for per-bundle customization
    * Add custom CSS for complete control

  <Accordion title="Are bundle widgets mobile-friendly?" icon="mobile">
    Yes, all bundle widgets are fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. The app automatically adjusts layout for different screen sizes.

  <Accordion title="Can I show bundles on collection pages?" icon="grid">
    Bundles appear on product pages, not collection pages. However, you can promote bundles on your homepage or create a dedicated "Bundles" collection page using page builder apps.

  <Accordion title="Can I hide the widget on specific products?" icon="eye-slash">
    Yes. Simply don't include those products in any active bundle. Widgets only appear for products that are part of active bundles.

  <Accordion title="Does it work with my theme?" icon="paintbrush">
    Product Bundles works with all Shopify 2.0 themes (using app blocks). For older themes, the app may have limited compatibility. Contact support if you have questions about your specific theme.

## Orders and fulfillment

    Bundle orders are regular Shopify orders. Each product appears as a separate line item, plus a discount line item. Fulfill and manage them like any other order in Shopify admin.

  <Accordion title="Can customers return individual products from a bundle?" icon="rotate-left">
    Yes. Since bundle products are separate line items, you can process partial returns like any Shopify order. The discount amount may be prorated based on your return policy.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if a bundle product is out of stock?" icon="box-open">
    The bundle widget won't appear (or will show as unavailable) if any required product is out of stock. Restock the product to reactivate the bundle.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I track which bundles generate the most orders?" icon="chart-line">
    Yes! Go to the **Analytics** page to see performance metrics for each bundle, including orders, revenue, conversion rate, and ROI.

## Technical questions

    The app is designed for online store bundles. POS compatibility depends on your POS setup. Contact support for specific POS integration questions.

    Bundle functionality works best with one-time purchase products. Subscription product compatibility depends on your subscription app. Test carefully before launching.

  <Accordion title="Does it work with wholesale/B2B pricing?" icon="building">
    The app works with standard Shopify pricing. For wholesale or B2B pricing apps, contact support to confirm compatibility.

  <Accordion title="Is there an API I can use?" icon="code">
    The app doesn't expose a public API currently. All bundle management happens through the app interface. Contact support if you have specific integration needs.

  <Accordion title="What happens if I uninstall the app?" icon="trash">
    If you uninstall:

    * Bundle widgets immediately stop appearing
    * Bundle discounts stop applying
    * Historical order data in Shopify remains intact
    * App data is retained for 30 days in case you reinstall

    We recommend deactivating bundles first before uninstalling.

    Bundle ROI is calculated as (Revenue Generated / Discounts Given) × 100. It shows how much revenue you earn per dollar of discount. Good bundles typically have ROI above 400%.
