# Orders

> View and track orders containing bundles

The Orders page shows all orders from your store that contain at least one product from an active bundle, helping you track bundle performance and customer purchasing behavior.

## Orders overview

Access the Orders page by clicking **Orders** in the left navigation.

### What you'll see

* List of orders containing bundle products
* Order date and order number
* Customer name
* Products purchased from bundles
* Total order value
* Bundle discount applied

## Order details

Click any order to view detailed information:

### Order information

* **Order number**: Shopify order ID (click to view full order in Shopify admin)
* **Customer**: Name and email
* **Order date**: Date and time of purchase
* **Order status**: Paid, partially fulfilled, fulfilled, etc.

### Bundle products

* Which products from your bundles were purchased
* Quantities
* Which bundle(s) the products belong to
* Individual product prices
* Bundle discount applied

### Revenue breakdown

* Subtotal before discounts
* Bundle discount amount
* Final order total
* Your share of revenue from bundle products

## Filtering orders

Use filters to find specific orders:

* **Date range**: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom range
* **Bundle**: Filter by specific bundle
* **Order status**: Show only certain order statuses
* **Customer**: Search by customer name or email

## Exporting orders

Export order data for:

* Accounting and bookkeeping
* Customer analysis
* Performance reporting
* Integration with other tools

**To export**:

1. Apply any desired filters
2. Click **Export** button
3. Choose format (CSV or Excel)
4. Download file

Exported data includes all visible order details and bundle information.

## Understanding bundle orders

### How bundle products appear

When a customer purchases a bundle:

1. Each product appears as a separate line item in the order
2. A discount line item shows the bundle savings
3. Order notes may indicate which bundle was used
4. Products are linked to the bundle for tracking

### Attribution

Orders are attributed to bundles when:

* Customer added products using the bundle widget
* Customer added all products from a bundle to their cart
* Bundle discount was applied at checkout

## Order metrics

Track key order metrics:

* **Total orders**: Count of orders containing bundle products
* **Average order value**: Average total of orders with bundles
* **Repeat purchases**: Customers who bought bundles multiple times
* **Bundle conversion rate**: Percentage of bundle views that result in purchases

## Integration with Shopify orders

Product Bundles orders are regular Shopify orders:

* Appear in your Shopify admin **Orders** section
* Process through your normal fulfillment workflow
* Track inventory automatically
* Work with all Shopify order management features

Use the Shopify order number to view the full order in Shopify admin for:

* Fulfillment
* Customer communication
* Refunds and returns
* Detailed order timeline

## Common scenarios

### Order contains multiple bundles

If a customer purchases products from multiple active bundles:

* Each bundle's discount applies independently
* Order shows all applicable discounts
* Tracking reflects all bundles involved

### Partial bundle purchase

If a customer adds only some products from a bundle:

* No bundle discount applies (they must add all products)
* Order appears as regular order
* Cart banner may have suggested completing the bundle

### Bundle and non-bundle products

Orders can contain:

* Products from bundles (with bundle discount)
* Regular products (at normal prices)
* Products from other promotions

Each is tracked separately in the order details.

## Troubleshooting

**Order not showing in bundle orders list**:

* Verify the order actually contains bundle products
* Check that the bundle was active at time of purchase
* Confirm bundle discount was applied

**Bundle discount amount seems incorrect**:

* Review bundle configuration to verify discount settings
* Check if multiple discounts were applied
* Ensure products in order match bundle configuration
